UPD joins Anchorage community in Officer Allen support

On Jan. 9, Officer Jason Allen with the Anchorage Police Department was the victim of a violent shooting while on duty in Anchorage. The University Police Department (UPD) has joined the community in supporting Officer Allen and his family by contributing to funds set up on his behalf at Key Bank. The funds are named the Jason Allen Family Support Fund and the Jason Allen Reward Fund. Anyone can donate and make contributions to the two funds by going to any Key Bank branch.
