The final Alaska Civil Rights Month event scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 25 has been postponed. "A Forgotten Legacy" will be rescheduled sometime in March. The event is described as a joint effort by the Anchorage Urban League and UAA departments as a panel discussion focusing on African-Americans' involvement and contributions to the arts, sciences, academia, business, law and politics in Alaska. The new date will be announced in Green & Gold.
