CAFE on Feb. 12: Fostering active student engagement and participation in computerized classrooms

The presenter for this demonstartion will be Kenrick Mock, associate professor of computer science. Learn how a computer classroom can be used to foster more active student engagement and participation.

The technology and pedagogy applies to ANY course, even those that don't require computer applications. Examples will be given from math, computer science, biology, and languages, but the teaching approach easily transfers to other disciplines and the content will be accessible to participants regardless of background.
