We will read and discuss Peer Coaching in Higher Education (2009) by Dr. Barbara Gottesman. A professor in education and educational leadership, Gottesman brought her expertise to UAA in 2007 for a workshop. Her experiences with us and the insights she gained are included in the book. Our focus for this session will be on the relationship between the quality of our collegial relationships and student success. Register here.
