Mat-Su College's Ping-Tung Chang recognized as 2009 Alaska Professor of the Year

The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education have named Dr. Ping-Tung Chang, a math professor at Mat-Su College (MSC), as the 2009 Alaska Professor of the Year. Dr. Chang, who's been a professor at MSC for 23 years, is one of 38 state-level winners in the nation honored for their influence on teaching and their commitment to undergraduate students. He was selected from more than 300 top professors in the United States.
