UA Foundation FY09 Annual Report - New Distribution Method/Available Online Friday, Feb. 12

This year's annual report will be distributed a bit differently than in the past. To honor our commitment to sustainability and to continue to be good stewards of the funds entrusted to us, the Foundation's Annual Report will be distributed in a variety of ways. The number of printed copies has been reduced. Many donors will receive postcards informing them that this year's annual report is available online; a mass e-mail will be distributed to constituents informing them that the report is available online and printed copies of the report, produced on recycled paper, will be distributed to fewer donors than in the past. In addition, the Web site report will expand the donor honor roll to include donors $100+; the printed version lists donors $1,000+. Printed copies should arrive in mailboxes by March 1.

 


Generally speaking, distribution will be as follows:

• Those featured in the report


• Those who have specifically requested to receive the report in this fashion


• Current and former Trustees


• Current and former Regents


• Legacy Society Members


• Donors who have given>$100k
• Individuals who have given $25k-99k


• Half of the individuals who have given $1k-24k in FY09 (selected randomly)


• Individuals over age 60 who have given 5+ years total
• Half of the individuals under age 60 who have given 5+ years total



Postcard/E-mail/Online:



• Those who have specifically requested to receive the report in this fashion


• Organizations that have given $25k-99k during their lifetime


• Remaining individuals who have given $1k-24k in FY09 (selected randomly)
• Remaining individuals who have given 5+ years total


• Organizations that gave $1k - $24k in FY09


• Organizations that have given 5+ years total
• Donors who contributed <$1k in FY09


• Scholarship Recipients
