Need assistance with your comunity-engaged course, project or research? Apply for help by April 9.

For Fall 2010, the Center for Community Engagement and Learning requests applications for students who will work in support of faculty-led, community-engaged teaching and research to be awarded tuition credit waivers.

Community Engaged Student Assistants (CESAs) support faculty in community-engaged projects, community partnership development and student leadership in community engagement.

The application process has changed from past years, as faculty will now complete and submit the application instead of the students. Please review the application at the CCEL Web site and submit it via e-mail to engage@uaa.alaska.edu.

The deadline for applications is Friday, April 9.

If you have any questions, please contact either Joy or Shauna at the Center for Community Engagement and Learning http://www.uaa.alaska.edu/engage/ in the UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 211G, of call (907) 786-4062.
