UAA student selected 2010 Rondy Queen

Jessica Kazmierczak, 20, was selected as the 2010 Miss Fur Rondy. She is a sophomore at UAA majoring in psychology with a minor in communications.

Also, UAA's Director of Military Programs Mel Kalkowski is Fur Rondy 2010 Lord Trapper. The Rondy Princess is Chelsey Homan, also a UAA student. Fur Rondy Princess Courtney Moore is a former UAA/UAF student. Community and Technical College's Architecture and Engineering Technology Club is hosting the Outhouse Race and Construction as fund raisers for Habitat for Humanity.
