Students survey UAA faculty and student use of social media as part of an eCitizenship initiative

by Kathleen McCoy  |

The UAA Center for Community Engagement & Learning (CCEL) is participating in the eCitizenship Initiative exploring the use of social media tools to support and facilitate civic, educational and political engagement in undergraduate and graduate students. The UAA eCitizenship Team is a student-led project, where students will be surveying UAA faculty and students to discover their views, usage and the necessity of social media technology. There are no risks or benefits to taking this survey. However, you will be aiding in valuable research that will assist in the promotion of a social media tool that would be most effective for UAA students and faculty.

Find the survey at the CCEL website.
