From now until April 30, track your actions toward living a more sustainability-conscious
life and get points to win UAA gear. Find the Sustainability Pledge at www.uaa.alaska.edu/sustainability. Find the link to the Sustainability Pledge PDF near the green UAA vs UAF Sustainability
Smackdown poster on this page. Look for the linked word 'form.' The form can be filled
in electronically. Submit your form with your name, department or major, and UAA affiliation
(student/staff/faculty) at the end of April to aysustain@uaa.alaska.edu.
IMPORTANT: Please submit your form even if you do not want to claim a prize, so we can report actions on the Campus Green Report Card and increase our grade.
Here is a breakdown of points you need to earn to obtain your prize:
- 50 points: a beautiful sustainability mug for your beverage of choice
- 50 points: your own personal recycling bin that fits under your desk
- 175 points: a travel mug with the UAA Sustainability logo
- 175 points: a metal water bottle with the UAA Sustainability logo
- 300 points: a sweatshirt or hoody with the UAA Sustainability logo
