Please join us for a panel presentation on how to write an effective self review for promotion and tenure. The new policies and procedures for promotion and tenure will place emphasis on the self review, so having a clear and concise presentation will be more important than ever. Khrys Duddleston, Judith Moore and Ellen McKay will address such issues as:

• Changes in policy: explanation of the key differences between the current and the proposed review processes
• Proper focus: the importance of concentrating the review on the actual review period while also responding to issues raised in past reviews
• Clear and concise presentation: the importance of avoiding excessive length and breadth
  
• Self Review and portfolios: matching the content of the portfolio to the self review.
