Bastille Day and Dr. Scott Gavorsky offer history lesson on July 14, 2010

July 14, 1789 is remembered throughout the world as Bastille Day, the start of the French Revolution. Dr. Scott Gavorsky leads a discussion about the meaning and various interpretations of Bastille Day and the French Revolution. Joining him are members of consulates in Anchorage including the Consul Javier Abud-Osuna of Mexico, Paul Moon of South Korea, Hon. British Consul Diddy Hitchins and others.
