IT Services asks for feedback on its customer service

IT Services' Call Center now sends e-mail notifications when students, staff and faculty submit technology-related requests. An initial e-mail is sent acknowledging the request and a follow-up e-mail is sent when the request or problem has been completed or solved.

The follow-up e-mail contains a link to a quick two-question survey about the service provided by ITS Call Center. We would greatly appreciate your evaluation of our performance and any comments that will help us to better serve you.
