Join Alaska Quarterly Review's First Friday Series event, the first for the season, on Friday, Oct. 1. This will be the world premiere of songwriter Amy Lou's collaboration with poet Knute Skinner. Mary Lou will perform Skinner's poem "Let Us Know," which is published in the fall and winter 2010 edition of the Alaska Quarterly Review.
The First Friday Series brings together vital, creative, voices in the visual, performing, and literary arts from the Anchorage area and across Alaska. Admission is free and open to the public. Find out about Alaska Quarterly Review here.
