Dinner provided.

UAA students Kyle Yan and Kent Spiers will present the NCBI award-winning Welcoming Diversity Prejudice Reduction Workshop. UAA students will have an opportunity to participate in an experiential process and a series of activities.

Participants will celebrate their similarities and differences, recognize information and misinformation learned about other groups including their own, identify and express pride in the group(s) to which a person belongs and learn skills to effectively respond to offensive remarks and comments and much, much more.

Every group counts and every group is important in welcoming diversity on our campus.
