Polaris Lecture: The Circumpolar World and Environmental Governance, Lessons from the Arctic Council on Nov. 11

This will be a talk given by Terry Fenge, who is the president of his own consulting company and specializes in aboriginal rights and interests, environmental affairs and national/international public policy in the circumpolar Arctic and beyond. Fenge holds a Ph.D. in Regional Planning and Resource Development from the University of Waterloo and is the author of six books and 60 professional articles and was a leader in negotiating the creation of the Territory of Nunavut.
