Fall 2010: Voicemail to get maintenance work this weekend

Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 16-17

This weekend, UAA will be performing maintenance on the Cisco Unity voicemail-only servers. This effort is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16 and complete by Noon on Sunday, Oct. 17. You have a voicemail-only account if you are only able to access voicemail through the telephone. Users who check voicemail through their e-mail system will not be affected. There should be no impact to users; however, if you are unable to log in with your normal phone password on Monday, please try again using 654321 as the password. If you are unable to log in with either your normal password or 654321, please contact the IT Call Center at (907) 786-4646, option 5, to have the password reset.
