Auditions for “New Dances 2011” set for Jan. 16

UAA Dance Program choreographers are inviting all skill levels of UAA students and community movers to audition for "New Dances 2011."
The audition will consist of a warm up and learning a variety of movement combinations. No preparation is necessary and you do not need to confirm your attendance. All skill levels and experience in different dance styles are encouraged to audition (18 years and older). Please bring tap shoes if you have them. Upon being cast, individual "New Dances" choreographers will come to an agreement for rehearsal times with the performers. Bring your schedule book so you can provide information regarding your availability.
Performance dates are April 7-10 and 15-17 at the Fine Arts Building on the UAA Mainstage Theatre. Committing to additional technical rehearsal times April 2-6 will be mandatory.
