Got a parking ticket? Pay it on time, and be entered in the 'Citation Sweepstakes' to win a $250 parking permit

Beginning on Monday, Jan. 10 through Thursday, March 17, UAA Parking Services will offer parking citation recipients the chance to win a free 2011-2012 Annual Yellow parking permit, valued at $250, through the first annual "Citation Sweepstakes."

This contest is open to all individuals submitting their parking fine payment by the original deadline listed on the ticket, including handicap and fire lane violations.

The drawing will be held on Monday, March 21.

Parking Services will automatically enter the names of all participants paying online, in-person or by mail during the sweepstakes eligibility period. Payments by mail must be postmarked by the due date, and no later than March 17. In-person payments will be accepted at the Parking Services Office, located in the lower-level of the UAA Campus Bookstore, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday.
