An FAQ (PDF) on employee health care changes for FY12 is posted on the UA Benefits website under "Health Plan Changes" or by going directly to http://www.alaska.edu/files/benefits/FY12HealthCareFAQ0309.pdf.
Employees will soon receive a series of communications sent to their home addresses, leading up to Open Enrollment mid-April to mid-May.
