'Images in Blackboard' session - April 1, 2011

by Kathleen McCoy  |

Friday, April 1, 10:30 a.m.-Noon UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 214 or eLive!

The facilitators will be Luke Weld and Lee Henrikson. Images can enhance online courses in several ways. Explore technical aspects of the use of images in online teaching, including how to design, size, export, upload and position images in Blackboard. You will learn to avoid common image "gotchas" such as browser scaling and discover how the proper use of images can increase memory retention in students.

Please pre-register for Images and SmartBoards sessions here. We need a minimum enrollment for the workshops to happen. If you don't preregister, please check the website on Friday morning to make sure the workshop has not been cancelled.

For all eLive sessions, go to Join Meetings. Login as a guest with your email and first and last name.

If you have any difficulties logging in, contact the call center at (907) 786-4646 or (877) 633-3888; for both use, option 1, option 6.
