New Employee Orientation now offers safety training

Environmental Health and Safety/Risk Management Support is pleased to announce that, in conjunction with Human Resources, it is now presenting safety training for all new employees through the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program.
To facilitate this, effective in May, NEO no longer begins at 9 a.m.; it now begins at 8:30 a.m.
Supervisors should be aware of this change. Additionally, any employees in the UAA system for less than one year are requested to review an expanded online version of the safety presentation. It contains important information about your rights and obligations regarding safety at UAA and can be found on the EHS homepage.
