New Director of Business Services

Bob McDonnell has accepted the position of director of Business Services for UAA,
effective July 1, 2011. Business Services includes most of the auxiliary services
at UAA: housing, dining, conferencing, the bookstores, parking, the Wendy Williamson
Auditorium and General Support Services. Bob came to UAA in 2007 as the director of
Parking Services and quickly developed a reputation for superb leadership and customer
service, a reputation he further enhanced as director of General Support Services.
He replaces Joyce Colajezzi, who retired on June 30, 2011 after 30 years of superior
service to UAA. We will miss Joyce and we welcome Bob!
