Scholarship for School of Nursing/Paramedic Technology students, deadline is Sept. 30

The UAA Office of Student Financial Assistance is currently accepting applications for the UAA LifeMed Alaska Scholarship. Applications must be received by Sept. 30.

The purpose of the UAA LifeMed Alaska Scholarship is to offer financial assistance for tuition and other educational expenses to students who are formally admitted into a School of Nursing degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage or into Paramedic Technology at Kenai Peninsula or Mat-Su College. Applicants must be in good academic standing, have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and plan on enrolling at least half-time in the Spring 2012 semester.
