Oct. 4, 2011: 'Consequential Conversations' workshop

Human Resource Services (HRS) is presenting a new workshop this year: "Consequential Conversations." The workshop is based on the book Crucial Conversations and also from Emotional Intelligence. It looks at the characteristics of the crucial conversations, difference of opinion, high emotional content and potential for loss. It then will deal with how to have those conversations in a manner designed to circumvent the conflict that is associated with the conversation.
