Peter Tomsen was the former Ambassador to Armenia from 1995-1998 and Special Envoy on Afghanistan from 1989-1992, plus appointments in China and in India. His book, The Wars of Afghanistan: Messianic Terrorism, Tribal Conflicts, and the Failures of Great Powers, was published in July 2011. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn about modern day U.S. foreign policy in Asia.
