Matthew Snodgrass, B.A. Justice with Research Honors '06, and currently a Ph.D. candidate in public policy and management at Carnegie Mellon University, has co-authored an article, "Does the Time Cause the Crime? An Examination of the Relationship Between Time Served and Reoffending in the Netherlands," which appears in the November 2011 issue of Criminology: An Interdisciplinary Journal, a publication of the American Society of Criminology.
