'Savage Love Live' returning to UAA Feb. 9

Tickets (available beginning Jan. 20): $5 in advance/$10 at door for UAA students with valid UAA ID taking 6 or more credits, $16 in advance/$20 at door for general admission

Boldly covering everything and anything related to sex and relationships, Dan Savage answers questions about virginity, orgasms, monogamy and more. Not just an LGBT speaker, Dan Savage creates a space for all students to honestly discuss taboo topics. With the audience driving the discussion, the program can touch on any subject--from sexual problems to gay marriage to child-raising to sex education to the current political scene.

Originally known as a gay-sex columnist, he is now a household name thanks to his It Gets Better video project on YouTube. The project, which has gained immense popularity since its creation in mid-September, asks people to make and upload short positive videos about their experiences in the LGBT community.
