The Dean of Students Office (DOS) is presenting a workshop for staff and faculty to assist them in dealing with difficult or disruptive students. Included in the workshop are strategies of interventions to deal with a variety of difficult encounters as well as protocols to get assistance from DOS student conduct officers, counselors and UPD. Staff and faculty are invited to attend and share their experiences.
