UAA Campus Bookstore

Swift Justice: Leveling the Playing Field for America's Re-entry Citizens gives voice to the uneven playing field levied against vulnerable populations, ethnic minorities and the poor concerning the American criminal justice system. Through the heralding of good government, while exposing its corrupt forms, Kim Patterson, Ph.D., challenges the reader to rethink today's concept of Justice

Patterson is an adjunct professor and the director of UAA Student Support Services. His work promotes academic excellence and degree-completion among first-year and underrepresented student groups.
