Early closures for departments within Administrative Services - June 1, 2012

The Administrative Services summer BBQ is scheduled for Friday, June 1. The following information details the early closure times for the departments within Administrative Services:

Athletics is closing at 11 a.m. for the remainder of the day, but the Wells Fargo Sports Complex will remain open.
Budget is closing at 11 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
UAA Campus Bookstore is closing at 11 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
University Center Bookstore is closing at 11 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
General Support Services is closing at 10:30 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
Housing will be closed from 11:30 a.m to 1 p.m. and will be operating with minimal staff for the remainder of the day.
Parking is closing at 10:30 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
Facilities and Campus Services will be closed from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Financial Services is closing at 11 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
Human Resources is closing at 10:30 a.m. for the remainder of the day, but Payroll will remain open.
Information Technology will not be closing. The call center and the front desk will remain open, but minimal staff will be present for the rest of operations.
Sustainability is closing at 10:30 a.m. for the remainder of the day.
University Police Department will remain open.
