Mat-Su College receives Communicator Award of Distinction for commercial

Mat-Su College wins Communicator Award of DistinctionMatanuska-Susitna College is the recipient of the 2012 Communicator Award of Distinction for their "Day in the Life" commercial. With thousands of entries received from across the U.S. and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program that honors the creative excellence of communications professionals.

"This award is a true testament of the innovative ideas and capabilities of Matanuska-Susitna College employees," stated College Director Talis Colberg.

The Communicator Awards are judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), a 550+ member organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media. The current IAVA membership roster is a "Who's Who" of acclaimed media, advertising and marketing firms including Coach, Disney, Estee Lauder, HBO, MTV, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby's Institute of Art, and many others.
