May 15 deadline to apply for internships in Mayor's Office

Mayor Sullivan's Office is accepting students for its 2012 Volunteer Internship Program. Can you think of any outstanding student or students who might be interested? Will you help us get the word out?
The MOA website provides a link on the Mayor's homepage: 2012 Internship Available. Note that the appllication deadline is Tuesday, May 15.
The application process includes submitting a cover letter or resume with a description of the student, including any work experience, skills, sports and activities, community service-things that would give insight to their interests, experience and knowledge.
These are volunteer positions and offer the student hands-on experience and an opportunity to see and understand the operations of city government.
