Nominate now: Chancellor's Awards for Excellence

UAA is making progress on many fronts, thanks to your efforts. It is important to celebrate some of those efforts by recognizing special contributions that our faculty and staff make to grow and improve UAA. Each year at Faculty and Staff Convocation we promote excellence in serving UAA with the presentation of Chancellor's Awards. Please take a moment to nominate individuals and groups you believe are great examples of the important work being done at UAA. The award categories are:
Individual Awards:
- University Diversity
- University Sustainability
- Excellence in Research/Creative Activity
- Staff Excellence
- Excellence in Teaching -- two awards
- Faculty Award
- Adjunct Faculty Award
- Service to Students -- two awards
- Faculty Award
- Staff Award
- Service to Community -- two awards
- Faculty Award
- Staff Award
Group Awards:
- University Small Team Collaboration (fewer than 25 people)
- University Large Team Collaboration (more than 25 people)
Current UAA faculty and staff may be nominated for these awards across campuses and units. However, employees whose primary job duties include university diversity or sustainability functions are not eligible for nomination in those award categories.
