Free Fitness: Insanity/Interval cardio training

Improve your cardio and burn off some calories every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. with free fitness in the Financial Aid Lobby at University Center. The sessions will focus on interval cardio training, workouts that alternate high-intensity activity with low-intensity activity and help keep your body burning calories even after you've stopped working out. The sessions will repeat every Thursday until the end September.
