Author David Shipler presents 'Poverty and Aging,' Sept. 24

David Shipler, a Pulitzer Prize winner and author of The Working Poor: Invisible in America, Rights at Risk: The Limits of Liberty in Modern America and The Rights of the People: How our Search for Security Invades our Liberty.

This event is sponsored by UAA/APU Books of the Year Program; the UAA Campus Bookstore; UAA Gerontology Minor, School of Social Work and College of Health; and the UAA Department of Sociology, College of Arts and Sciences.

This event is free and open to the public, with free parking in the South Lot, the lot just across from the bookstore.
