The Dean of Students Office and the Office of Campus Diversity and Compliance invite
you to join an open forum to meet candidate Jerry Trew, a finalist for the position
of Title IX investigator.
Title IX states, "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance..."
UAA believes in a zero tolerance policy for gender-based misconduct. The Title IX investigator position will perform key functions to support this initiative.
