Fall 2012: Upcoming UA Wellness events
by Michelle Saport |
IHPs have begun!
Initial Individualized Health Planning sessions (IHPs) have started, but you are not
too late to register. There are a limited number of program sessions available, which
are filling up fast. To date, nearly 470 UA faculty and staff have already registered!
Now, refer a friend or coworker to the IHP program and you will both receive a $5 Subway gift card! Here's how.
Sign up to participate in a series of six face-to-face health planning sessions with an experienced local Alaska wellness consultant, who will help customize a plan for you to achieve your personal health and wellness goals. The sessions will focus on how to improve overall health, develop an exercise plan, reduce stress, manage weight and more.
Simply click here and follow the online prompts to register.
Learn more about IHPs. IHPs are a benefit of your UA Health In Action program, provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Program participation is limited and sessions fill up fast. We offer convenient times and on-campus locations. You must be enrolled in the UA Choice health plan to be eligible for IHPs.
