Get entered to win a Fitbit Ultra by participating in a free health screening on Dec. 6!The free health screening includes:

  • Body composition analysis
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Blood pressure check
  • Waist measurement
  • Balance
  • Weight
  • Height

Wellness consultants will be available to help you sign up for IHP sessions and answer your health screening questions.

You must be a UA health plan eligible employee (opt-outs are welcome) to participate in the health screening test events and be entered into the drawing. You must participate in the health screening in order to qualify.

The prize drawing will be held on Dec. 6, after the event, and the winners will be notified by phone.
