New reservation system for Student Union events, facilities and space

Did you know you could reserve your Student Union events online now? Simply visit http://anc-ems.ua.ad.alaska.edu/VirtualEMS and you can browse for upcoming events, facilities or space. Contact Dana Sample at (907) 786-1896 or dlsample@uaa.alaska.edu if you have any questions about the new request process. Paper reservation requests will still be available through the end of the spring semester.
Need a new venue for your staff meetings, resource fairs, community panels, conferences, seminars or even social events? The UAA Student Union offers a multitude of convenient facilities and services for any event. The new reservation system makes it even easier to check for available times and request space.
The Student Union event space includes the Den, North and South Cafeteria, Lyla Richards Conference Room, Student Lounge, and Upper Hallway. These spaces can be transformed for almost any use. We provide audio-visual equipment along with highly trained staff to ensure all of your needs are met during your event.
