2013 Broomball Classic

Broomball is the coolest sport you've never played. Come find out what you're missing at the Winterfest 2013 Broomball Classic. Participants will pay a $10 competition fee, which buys you a custom broom and broom supplies, a unique "Winterfest Broomball Classic" jersey, ice time and pizza. Must be a current UAA student to participate.

Build a Broom
Monday, Feb. 25, 4-7 p.m.
Lyla Richards Conference Room (Student Union, Room 103)

The Winterfest Broomball Classic starts with a live team draft and pizza party. Four teams will be formed and all players will hand craft their broomball sticks from straw brooms and duct tape. Plenty of duct tape, pizza and team adrenaline!

Come play a fun pick-up broomball game and pick up some vitamin D on the frozen lake under the blue, sunny sky of Alaska.
