Spring 2013: KRUA 88.1-FM providing reports on legislative advocacy

KRUA 88.1-FM Anchorage, "Alaska's College Radio Station," is sending two staff members to Juneau to cover UAA's advocacy trip as well as the current legislative session. The trip gives students an opportunity to have their voices heard by lawmakers in Alaska. KRUA is going to provide extensive coverage of USUAA student representatives' activities and initiatives. KRUA Station Manager Audriana Pleas and KRUA News Reporter Connor Keesecker will be reporting from Juneau Feb. 9-12.

Pleas and Keesecker will be providing live updates Feb. 8, 11 and 12 at 4 p.m. Updates can also be heard on KRUA from Feb. 9-12 at noon and again at 6 p.m. Listen in to the exclusive content at 88.1-FM on the dial or at kruradio.org.
