Rural Individualized Health Planning Sessions (RIHPs) are now available to rural campus staff and faculty, telephonically, on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will receive the opportunity to meet with an experienced wellness consultant and develop a healthy lifestyle plan and set goals. Whether your needs include weight management, exercise prescription, heart health or stress reduction, your wellness consultant can help you be successful and reach your goals.

Sixty initial telephonic sessions are available during the month of February. Sign up now while there's still availability! Participants who register and attend their initial RIHP session by Feb. 22 will be entered to win one of three $100 cash cards.

RIHPs are a benefit of Health In Action, your UA employee wellness program, provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Only UA Health Plan enrolled employees may participate.
