USUAA candidacy packets due March 8, 2013

Spring elections for USUAA student government will be held April 9 and 10. Students enrolled in three or more credits with at least a 2.5 GPA are invited to run for president, vice president, senator, concert board member or media board member positions. Candidacy packets for all positions are available in the Student Life & Leadership Publicity Center (SU 218) and must be submitted to the same office no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, March 8.

USUAA, the Union of Students of the University of Alaska Anchorage, is the governing body for students enrolled at UAA. The purpose of USUAA is to represent the interests, needs and welfare of all students within the campus community and to supplement and complement education on campus. USUAA provides for the expression of student opinion and interests to the community at large and works to protect the rights of all UAA students.
