Spring 2013: Meet candidates for associate vice chancellor for Access, Advising and Transition at open forums

Candidates will be interviewing for the position of associate vice chancellor for Access, Advising and Transition next week. The search committee has scheduled several open forums to allow faculty, staff and students an opportunity to get to know the candidates and their backgrounds.

This position, under Student Affairs, is charged with responding to the ever-increasing demands for early outreach to and successful transition of students into the university through their first year. The overall objectives of this unit are to improve the effectiveness and efficiency with which students enter the university, receive optimal placement and advising and navigate the first year of college and beyond. The open forums are scheduled as follows:
