'Innovative Educators: How To Assess & Evaluate Tutor Programs' live webinar, April 18

by Michelle Saport  |

Thursday, April 18, 3-4 p.m. Sally Monserud Hall, Room 126

With rising demands for accountability in higher education, many assistance programs are facing increased scrutiny. We need to perform at the highest level of professional standards in our assessment and evaluation processes and, as much as possible, we need to do our own work. Learning some basic assessment and evaluation strategies can positively impact the quality of our individual services and help our profession establish its importance in higher education.

This webinar will review the characteristics of tutorial programs in higher education, how programs collect data for evaluation and several processes for assessment and evaluation, including using consultants.

Presented by the Learning Resources Center.
