2013 Machetanz Arts Festival

Come make art at the Machetanz Arts Festival. The festival offers 21 hands-on workshops for dabbling in the arts, developing a skill or perfecting a technique. Registration is available online.
The Machetanz Arts Festival is also hosting two featured artists this year for extended workshops, May 28-31. Dean Larson, originally from Palmer, will teach oil painting and Karen Urroz, an instructor at Mat-Su College, will teach mosaics. Registration is available through UAOnline. Both artists will also host one-day workshops at the festival.
