Please join the College of Business and Public Policy in welcoming our distinguished guest from Beijing, China: Professor Siwei Cheng, vice chairman of the Standing Committee for the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China and dean of the School of Management of the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Professor Cheng is a Chinese statesman and one of the most influential economists in China. His involvement in policy making and policy implementation has profoundly impacted China's economy in the last decades. As one of his significant contributions to China's economic development, Professor Cheng initiated China's venture capital market and stock market for small companies. Professor Cheng will give a special address on "The Future of the Chinese Economy."
