Volunteer managers have a huge job. This workshop is meant to enhance the skills necessary to recruit (and keep) volunteers, train them thoroughly and place them in appropriate positions. Join Marianne Kerr as she shares her tried-and-true tips and techniques for running a successful volunteer program. Marianne has more than 30 years experience in volunteer program management with numerous nonprofit organizations. She's certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA credentials) and is a contributing author to the CVA program textbook.
