Riki Ott, Gary Prokosch, Larry Merculieff and Bob Loeffler will discuss aspects of water ownership in Alaska. Topics include: the privatization and public ownership of water; the Department of Natural Resources and permitting processes; the management of water access and usage; and quality control for the future.
